Imminent investigation is needed for corruptions going on in the New Jersey Superior Courts particularly that of the Essex County Court Assignment Judge Floria who is doing Collusion with the Essex County Sheriff Fontoura. Judge Floria's action is to continue the secret activities of the over 200 names of property Foreclosures discovered by the Essex County Superior Court 5 Judges upon the complaints of Carino to be illegally done. The 5th Amendment protects Carino from being tried 2 times of the same offense discovered by Judge Frasca of the Remand Court in that Carino's 3 Writs of Execution are valid but Judge Floria intervened the works of these 5 Judges thus Judge Floria once more put Carino in the Trial Court of Judge N. J. Militello of the Hudson County Courts on the same offense upon which Remand court Judge Frasca discovered to be Carino is innocent. Carino suffered repeated persecutions by the Essex County Court workers. So please stop corruptions to victimize the next minority Party as in Carino is a retired Registered Philippine Pharmacist and a U. S. Registered Medical Technologist a graduate of the Mercy Hospital School of Medical Technology in Buffalo New York. Thank you!
