RE: ALLEGATIONS AGAINST S. .A. FLORIA, AJSC

TAKE notice Rosalinda O. Carino brings this request for investigational Review by the Merit
Systems Protection Board. The following counts are hereby stated to instigate for knowledge of the
violations to the Hatch Act Federal Law:
1. If removal of its current position of Judge Floria as an Assignment Judge of the Essex County Superior Court of
New Jersey is appropriate after it violated to 5 U. S. C. S section 1505 as expected from the Board's
Review, then, let it be so.
2. Carino brings the nature of the Defendant's offense by Judge Floria in participating in Carino's withholding
of its 3 already paid Execution services, upon which, Judge Floria gives order to Judge John Gizzo to issue a Search Warrant to invade the home of Carino in a false unwarranted accusations to seek for a stamp-pad used in the Writs to be
in the position of Carino. this is considered as grossly weird behavior to cause the delay of the needed actions
in removing Carino from he worst devastating financial disasters living in FORMA PAUPERIS situations.
Justice Eyes are focus on the true documented Evidences in any courts.
3. To know if Judge Floria was motivated and has serious intention to protect and shield the Essex county Sheriff Armando B.
Fontoura who in turn Mr. Fontoura is also doing protection and shielding a realtor David Atkind whom he gives him
Executions for those over 200 names of property foreclosures. To know if such discovery of the misused of Judge
Shuster's signature stamp-pad have stopped after Carino filed a complaint against David Atkind and this is
the cause of intentional sequestering of the 3 paid Writs to take place as in Judge Floria and Mr. Fontoura's of
getting back at Carino, to give coercion, intimidation and harassment which happened via such Search Warrant that
hurts Carino to sprain her ankle from such Tornado-like visit to harm.
4. Whether Judge Floria received the advice of the Essex County Counsel under the office of the Executive Joseph
DiVicenzo regarding the activities at issue.
5. Whether Judge Floria has a past record of violating the Hatch Act via official recommendation for her position from
the Office of the NJ Governor such as have been influenced by them. To know if these officials are protecting
each other.
6. To know if Judge Floria has the Political coloring of Judge Floria's activities received from Mr. Fontoura and or
from the Essex County Counsels.
7. To know if the decision as to whether removal of its position is to be a matter of administrative discretion.
8. With respect to Federal/State employee , 5 E.S.C.S. section 7326 provides that an individual who violates
the Hatch Act shall removed from its position. The Bill of Rights , 13th and 14th Amendment of the Constitution;
including the Rights to Due Process equal treatment under the Law of all peoples regarding enjoyment of Life,
Liberty, property and protection Title VI of the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination.
9. Carino is deprived of its rights to live in security and peace of mind by the actions of both Judge Floria and Mr
Fontoura, upon which, Carino rely now on the review by the Merit Systems Protection Board.
10. Carino expects corrections n the situational problem that impedes, hinders, obstruct Justice t be served
to carino's 3 Writs of Execution. Please see the damages done on Carino.s sufferings in constant anguish
in spirit living in the state of FORMA PAUPERIS! Carino's claim in the amount of $ 75 Million can never equate
with their treatments of Racial Hatred and Discrimination for its emotional and psychological bad effects
they have done to her being!
CONCLUSION: CARINO'S cry for Justice can be in the parallel situation of the public closures of the Washington "Bridge Scandal"
so as now Carino.s 3 Writs become to be "Writs Gates Scandal" Please do something about this request for
informational investigation be done in a reasonable time. Thank you very much Sir/Madam!
