                                1.      As an Assignment Judge Defendant Floria assigned Carino's case to

                                     Judge James Rothschild. As shown Judge Rothschild discovered basing

                                     on Carino's submitted written documents Carino must be considered to

                                     get Justice to be given to Carino to base its judgment. It becomes the 

                                      issuance of the Writ.   Justice Eyes are focused on true facts.

                                  2.     After Judge Rothschild tendered its retirement, here comes suspected

                                       controversy interference of the Defendant Floria. Carino understands a

                                        judgment is given by Judge Rothschild as being confirmed by the 

                                       Trenton Deputy Clerk approved by the Chief Court Clerk Michelle M.

                                        Smith to issue to Carino a gold sealed Writ of Execution, upon which,

                                        Defendant Floria cannot accept the true facts thus she ordered Judge

                                        John Gizzo to issue to Carino a Search Warrant to invade the home of

                                        Carino to confiscate of something connected with the issuance of her

                                        Writ against a realtor David Atkind of the ESX-L-04201-10, Carino -Vs-

                                        Atkind. If tolerated Judge Floria is an accessory to the crime of Atkind,

                                        a supplier of foreclosure names to Mr. Fontoura.

                                   3.      Carino becomes a controversial figure to the Defendant Floria. If

                                        Judge Floria ordered the Office of the Sheriff Armando B. Fontoura to

                                        sequester all Carino's Writs of Execution,it did not make any sense

                                         because Mr. Fontoura have accepted all Carino's execution services

                                        payments, then, Judge Floria is now an accessory to the CRIME of

                                         David Atkind. It is discovered by 5 Essex County judges the forgeries

                                         on all over 200 names of property foreclosures including that of 

                                         Carino's 81  Lake Street committed by Atkind. It was shown by the 

                                         letter of Judge Shuster who denied its approval of Atkind using his

                                         name. It is shown by the disappearance of Atkind which shows he is

                                         on the run/lam that the Trenton Writ issued to Carino is a true fact: it is 

                                         authentic document. Justice Eyes are focused on the true facts.

                                    4.     Judge Floria is a State Employee. She is being covered by any

                                         Venues it may come: thus Carino is brought out by Judge Floria into the

                                          Hudson County Court to be tried as a THEFT and a FORGER of 

                                           Carino's Writ of Execution against Atkind's responsibility to answer

                                            for Carino's claim of $25 Million defamation and Equity damages.

                                     5.    Carino was physically hurt sprained her ankle in such Tornado-like

                         TAKE NOTE to bring Rosalinda O. Carino to any courts is indeed

                  an Art of Righteousness untold. It will lead to the parties who represent
                  the Eyes of Justice to understand on the following counts:
            I     Carino is only a recipient of the 4 State Order of the Writs of Execution
                   produce by with integrity and honest Essex County Superior /court
                    judges. The roots of the BLAME by the Plaintiff Detective P. Todd
                    whom the State Prosecutor is its counsel needs to be directed to those
                     people who signed and mailed them to Carino from Trenton NJ who
                      are now responsible of the Writs. Those who  represent the Eyes of
                     Justice will be lead to understand of the following counts:
                           (a)   The letter of Judge Neil H. Shuster to Carino will give light to
                     to the validity of the 4 Writs of Execution. It stated of the denial of
                     Judge Shuster in his approval in the use of his signature stamp-pad
                    , upon which, Carino's defendant in the Carino-V-Atkind was discoverd
                      by Carino at the Register of Deed Office of using it on the over 200
                      names of property owners with no scrutinizing by Armando B. Fontoura
                       on those foreclosures which are all in a straight line under the name of
                       David Atkind. This is forgery and not not to be blamed on Carino of
                       doing its own forgery action  mistakenly accused of. Receiving the
                       Writs and the action of forgery ar of 2 categories which contradicts
                       each other.The documented Evidences presented by Carino will
                       reomove Carino of being accused of "Forgery", upon which, Justice
                       Eyes are focused via Carino's written proofs.

                              (b)    Final Foreclosure on Carino's 71 Franklin  Belleville which is
                       an attempt by the office of Sheriff Fontoura  of ignoring the validity of
                        such Writ to execute on 71 Franklin is vacated and dismissed by the
                        Department of Foreclosure Judge Paul Innis as shown.
                                 (c)     Carino discovered Ms. Patricia Veniero  a docket deputy
                         clerk of the Unite States District Court , vicinage # 2 is removed from its
                          position after Carino filed a complaint about Veniero's letter to a Ms. Karen
                          Kierstead.
                                    (d)     The State - v - Carino that Detective Carl Castellano instigated
                           as Carino is a Theft is dismissed by the Essex Count Remand Court Judge
                           Anthony J. Frasca for insufficient proofs, which is logically Carino is not in a
                           jail term ever!
                                      (e)   Another attempt of the same substance and scenario by another
                           Detective Patrick Todd of the Essex Prosecutor's Office become the present
                           case State - V - Carino which is under litigation in the courtroom of Judge
                            John Young of the Hudson County and makes Carino here is the victim.
                                     (f)    The futile Search Warrant issued by Judge John Gizzo to invade
                             the home of Carino to look for evidence if forgery done on Carino's 4 Writs
                             that occurred January 6t, 2016 is another to be the act of forgery false accusation.
                                       (g)      Racial Hatred and Discrimination are found in the Police Blotter
                               records of both Belleville Police , upon which, Carino's picture is captioned as
                              criminal theft published in the Belleville Times News and the Hudson County
                               Sheriff repeated such action of picturing and finger printing taking which is
                                not necessary  because the Belleville Police force is available in  the Public
                                Record Systems. Picture and finger printing stays good in such short interval
                                 of time done. No due process on both actions before such doing those
                                preliminary treatments as ifCarino is a hardened Criminal.
                                          (h)     Failure of the court system t o accuse the people who signed and
                                 issued the Writs to Carino for its origin of action why it landed into the hands of
                                 Carino is a vital step which was not done. This needs a review by the Merit
                                  Systems of Protection Board to get to the bottom by why the blame rested
                                  on Carino. The review will make the confirmation of the validity of Carino's
                                   all Writs. If judge Floria is against it,then,the law of Hatch Act is under question
                                   for its reasons.
                                            (i)    The realtor David Atkind of the of Carino -V - Atkind on Esx-L-4201-10
                                     is  currently hidingt o be nowhere to be found. This is a compromise to the
                                    Carino's money award of $25 Million for its execution by Mr. Fontoura. If this
                                     will continue of  the difficulty to collect from Atkin,  then. the Art of Righteousness
                                    will lose its value as seen by Justice(Judges).
                                             (j)     The January 6, 2016 Search Warrant Carino lost a lot of her personal
                                      properties taken by force by the Plaintiff Todd( State) on  he stored valuable stuff
                                     of government documents; pictures and E-mail addresses in those 2 hard drives
                                      taken by force which will never ever come back!
                                               (k) Plaintiff Todd (state) inflicted defamation on Carino as seen by the
                                        neighborhood people to see fleet of Sheriffs and Police vehicles surrounding
                                       home of Carino as if to deploy  for terrorism by the presence of the S.W.A.T 8 men
                                       who came to hurt Carino sprained her ankle from such a Tornado-like visit to harm.
                                       No money can restore these bad psychological and physical effects on the poor
                                        defenseless Carino by such behaviors of no respect to a fellow professional who
                                         is a retired registered Philippine Pharmacist and a U.S registered Medical
                                        Technologist a graduate from the Mercy Hospital School of Medical Technology in
                                         Buffalo New York.

                              II         Carino's complaints to bring Justice in the open for every Righteous Party to
                                          realize are:
                                          (1)     Somewhere along the line in Carino's constitutional Rights are being
                                           a bused by Lawyers of her Adversaries and some court workers in their
                                            attempt of forgery as shown. One will find extra hand-writings on the bottom
                                             of Carino's Civil Orders,upon which, all presiding judges have marked on
                                            Carino's Order as "UNOPPOSED". Mr Todd (state) must b able to bring the
                                             original document where there are no hand-writings. on it. Their action is
                                             BACKFIRING to them for Justice Eyes are focused on the Written Evidences
                                             on one's action. Therefore Carino claims for damages done against the
                                             violations to the U.S. Article 42: section 1983 and the Rosa Park Law and
                                             the Legislative Hatch Act Law, upon which, Judge Sally Anne Floria and Sheriff
                                            Fontoura together are protecting/shielding the realtor David Atkind are involved
                                            in the process.
                                            (2)    Carino claims $75 Million upon Judge Floria is protecting/shielding Mr.
                                              Fontoura and Mr Fontoura in return is protecting David Atkind who provided
                                              them with probable secret lucrative business which it has stopped because of
                                               Carino's making a ripple on them via the courts. The U.S. Titles and Rules  Law
                                                regarding of Money award are also violate.

                           New Jersey is appropriate after it violated to 5 U. S. C. S section 1505 as expected from the Board's

                             8.       With respect to Federal/State employee , 5 E.S.C.S. section 7326 provides that an individual who violates
                                        the Hatch Act shall removed from its position. The Bill of Rights , 13th and 14th Amendment of the Constitution;
                                        including the Rights to Due Process equal treatment under the Law of all peoples regarding enjoyment of Life,
                                        Liberty, property and protection Title VI of the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination.
                            9.        Carino is deprived of its rights to live in security and peace of mind by the actions of both Judge Floria and Mr
                                        Fontoura, upon which, Carino rely now on the review by the Merit Systems Protection Board.
                             10.     Carino expects corrections n the situational problem that impedes, hinders, obstruct Justice t be served
                                        to carino's 3 Writs of Execution. Please see the damages done on Carino.s sufferings in constant anguish
