This is asked for help in the interpreting of the function of a court Deputy clerk?
If an Order for a Writ of Execution came back  to me, a PRO-SE, in the mail with the ORIGINAL GOLD SEAL of the Deputy Clerk, does this means I am approved  of my compensation for Equity and Punitive Damages for restitution to close the civil right case I have filed in the New Jersey court in the Newark vicinage? For what purpose I was arrested for stealing government document; forgery and attempt to commit fraud that Detective Carl Castellanno of the Belleville Township accused me of , if my Writ is valid? Am I being bullied, harassed, coerced  because of my filipino decent? Will not this add more of its crime against Discriminations which is that of the ROSA PARK LAW?
