Is it alright to notify the Tenants to vacate the place using the Writ of execution after the Township has received the Writ of Execution? Whose duty to notify the Tenants? Is it the Pro-Se who  holds the approved Writ of Execution or the Defendants which is the Township of Belleville NJ? It is an Order of the Chief Court Clerk and the Deputy Clerk which bears its Gold Seal of the Essex County Court! This is properly signed by Ms. Jennifer Perez who is the Chief of the NJ superior Court witnessed by the presiding judge of the civil case against the Township.

Miss Jennifer Perez is the Chief Court Clerk of the New Jersey superior court in Trenton.

Whoever you are who wants to know why this is asked? It is because the Deputy clerk is a person who has the Authority to act for another which  is the judge who gave the decision in favor of the Pro-Se.Got it? The judgment is  about the Township's abuse to the Real Estate Land Use Law. It has no right to sell a tax sale certificate to a realtor in the absence of a clear title. 81 Lake is attached to 79 in one title and bought in one deeds. No separation of titles ever was applied by the the owner which is the PRO-SE. If my grammar is poor it is because it is not my native language. I am a retired Pharmacist and U.S. Medical TEchnologist registered. I am 77 years old! Don't you get it? Plain descrimination as to country of decent and age! Got it?If the Judge understood my case what is it to you, Ha?

In your response to my question, for what reason you involve  Miss Jennifer Perez who at the time of my  asking is the acting Chief Court Clerk of the New Jersey Superior Court? It is now Miss Elizabeth Strom. will you be able to explain to me why should I read Ms. Perez to be in my question? I appreciated that someone a JohnBrow give light to my question. I am just curious if Ms. Perez notified your website about my problem on how to go about finalizing my civil case. that is all I want to know if ever Miss Perez have contacted your forum in the Yahoo and Answer thing. If an Order for a Writ of Execution came back  to me, a PRO-SE, in the mail with the ORIGINAL GOLD SEAL of the Deputy Clerk, does this means I am approved  of my compensation for Equity and Punitive Damages for restitution to close the civil right case I have filed in the New Jersey court in the Newark vicinage? For what purpose I was arrested for stealing government document; forgery and attempt to commit fraud that Detective Carl Castellanno of the Belleville Township accused me of , if my Writ is valid? Am I being bullied, harassed, coerced  because of my filipino decent? Will not this add more of its crime against Discriminations which is that of the ROSA PARK LAW? ignore Rosalinda Carino's writ of Execution on Esx-L-5818-08 Carino-V- United States District Court? It was sent out on October 14, 2010 and until now no response from it. The lack of knowledge on Carino as its PRO-SE made it 2 years late for her to discover this last step of its legal procedure only after a friend searched in the internet that such last step of Carino's litigation to enforce its right came about, It is still within its time limitation.So would somebody please aid her in her predicament in the pursuit for justice?
