CARINO'S DEFENSE OF THE ISSUE FILED BY DETECTIVE PATRICK TODD

AN OPEN LETTER TO SENATOR CORY ANTHONY BOOKER OF NEW JERSEY, USA

Cory we missed you as our Beloved Mayor of Newark. I have some problem with the hope you can advise me as to how I can get back my 3 Writs of Executions on my civil right cases which the State of NJ issued me those. But the problem is that Chief Sheriff Armando B. Fontoura and his associates have sequestered those Writs. They accused me of stealing those Writs using a gadget to come to that effect of having that gold seal.They invaded my home on Jan.6, 2016 bringing a fleet of Sheriff and police vehicles looking for such gadget. Naturally such search become futile. Instead they stole my 2 hard drives that stored sensitive gov. documents; valuable pictures; addresses of E-mail and a proof of tampering Court Transcript of records, upon which a Doctrine is written in it which it is not heard in the Audio Tape of the court Motion Hearing. Are you able to help me being that you are our father of the State of NJ and I come to you as I would to my own father.This incident I reported it to the Chief FBI James Comey of Washington D.C.
