A BETTER VIEW OF CARINO'S CIVIL RIGHT CASES (tracing the late delivery of justice to carino)

Justice intervention needed through the U. S. Ambassador Hon.Philip S. Goldberg:

        Dear Sir:

                             TAKE notice Rosalinda O. Carino a resident of 71 Franklin Street, Belleville, New Jersey is hereby asking for your

benevolent help to facilitate the execution of her State Order of the Writ of Execution issued to her by the Essex County Superior

Court  on the Law Division  ESX-L-6596-09. Judge Francine A. Schott saw justice on Carino's civil rights case thus the Writ comes

for it.   The Writ is defiled by the Sheriff Office whose duty to execute it is ignored. For what reason it did not do anything since it

was presented  to Chief Armando Fountora on March  2012. What happen next if  the sheriff  withheld it? Will Capt. Fuontora  pre-judged to

form its  own action held before a truly investigations as to the validity of the Writ?  If at the Remand Court  Judge Anthony J. Frasca

discovered the authenticity  of the Writ, upon which,  Carino is accused of stealing the  Writ by the Township of Belleville NJ detective Carl

Castellano and the case State -V- Carino is dismissed by the judge for  is completely on records, then, What is the matter of Chief Armando

Fuontora?

                           Please, Sir Ambassador, your attention to intervene is ask because Carino  did all  its sources of strategies to come to

nothing!  It is said opportunity to get your attention to this serious matter where Carino fought for over 11 years, is passing by only for once.

The delay of Justice is because the Township of Belleville NJ is involved in the official corruptions with a realtor David W. Atkind of the David

Atkind Realty in Rutherford New Jersey. Carino's attempt to get over 50 lawyers for its counsels is interrupted by the appearances of 2 white

men.  It is the CCTV Atkind installed in front of 71 Franklin Street shown in the discovery. The Police blotter of the house invasion on June

14, 2012 reported by Carino while both spouses were out for 2 hours for personal business. Atkind have replaced all Carinos entry door

locks and is discovered a listening device is installed.   This is also of the reasons Carino cannot get any help from anyone. It is now in your

hands this matter is presented with the hope you maybe able  to get the attention of the New Jersey Judicial System in Trenton New Jersey.

CONCLUSION:  WE are talking in here about the violations to the 1th, 4th  and 5th Amendments of the U.S.C.  To execute the Writ is what
